Occupational Therapy

otWe assist people who may be restricted due to physical, cultural, gender or neurological challenges.  We help them to achieve a full and active lifestyle, including looking after themselves, enjoying life, and contributing socially and economically.

We aim to help people to change their habits, develop or adapt routines that support a healthier, more enjoyable and satisfying lifestyle. We can include education, home visits, assistive devices, group problem solving and individual sessions in your care plan.

The Lifestyles for Wellbeing programme offered in conjunction with counselling psychology aims to teach people how to change their habits, develop or adapt routines that support a healthier, more enjoyable and satisfying lifestyle.

Components will include education, discussion and group problem solving and individual sessions.
